The face of Tom Ford's grooming line for men (and our current obsession), talks about his daily routine and the products he can't live without.

8 A.M.: The Morning Ritual

"The first thing I do after I wake up is stretch. It gets my blood flowing so I feel ready for the day."

"I wash my face with cold water using Tom Ford for Men Purifying Face Cleanser (5 fl. oz., $48; TomFord.com), followed by Tom Ford for Men Oil-Free Daily Moisturizer (1. 1.7 fl. oz., $105). I love the sensation of it on my skin."

"I'm from Cuba, so I always put on Clinique Sun Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Sunscreen (2. 5 oz., $23; Clinique.com) before I go out."

11 A.M.: The Workout

"If my modeling schedule allows it, I go to the gym every day. I like to lift weights to help me relax. Mondays, I work on my chest, biceps, and abs. Tuesdays are dedicated to my back muscles and triceps, and I also do a 45-minute run."

"I work on my abs and legs on Wednesdays and save shoulders and trapezius work for Thursdays. Fridays, I play soccer and go out for another 45-minute run. On Saturday I start all over again."

2 P.M.: Post-Workout Recharge

"Nothing's better than a cold shower after my workout. I use Nivea for Men Active3 Body Wash (3. 16.9 fl. oz., $4.99). Then I have a bowl of fruit and fat-free yogurt topped with whole-grain muesli. I try to keep it healthy, but I eat a lot to recover after exercising."

4 P.M.: Before a Night Out

"I style my hair up to keep it out of my face. In Spain, they call it a tupe. But like most Cuban men, I just like to keep it natural. That's the secret to looking good."
