Two New York reporters went four days in a pair of flip-flops risking life to prove to the habit flip-flop wearers will be thrown under the bus with nail biters. Guilty as charged. According to the study, innumerable microscopic buggers clung to the rubber flip-flops:

“During one fashion week in New York, I showed up at a runway presentation by a designer. Leave it to French quirky-but-fabulous curator Colette to offer something like a Barbie foosball table. Naturally the pink color and flowing hair speaks to any homo with a sporting fetish, but straight boys can get a kick out of it too! Remember, while gays played dress up and reenacted soap operas with Barbies, straight lads were ripping off legs and causing Barbie to tragically burn in her convertible, so something about armless Barbies working a soccer ball works on many levels.

Speaking of bears in Diesel's new billboard, blues rock icons ZZ Top will be the hoary, sunglass-sheathed faces of John Varvatos’ fall campaign this year. The designer has featured Franz Ferdinand and Cheap Trick in past, but apparently decided that the group of cool old grizzlies would be a better fit for his safari-themed ads.
