As some of you already know, Chad recently let the hair on his iconic shaved head grow out. So the Splash campaign may be the last time we see the Oregon native sans locks. But even more interesting is that the ad’s photographer, Sølve Sundsbø, recreated one of his earlier images (from an editorial also named “Splash”). Looking at the side-by-side comparison, we definitely think the image gets better with Chad in it. And the commercial is even hotter.

 So it appears that All is fine and dandy in the world of YSL. Everyone can quit their chattering about if Stefano is leaving and who will replace him. But despite all this, we've a nagging suspicion that this sad cycle will start over again come September. C'est la vie!

On the eve of his latest store opening (on swanky Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills), the infamous Tom Ford (again, our February cover boy) has been everywhere these days. Starting with his film A Single Man last year, Ford has slowly been making his presence known again in the fashion industry. Last September, Ford held an intimate presentation to show the re-launch of his womenswear label (he's been working on menswear since 2007) with a strict no-picture policy, sending the industry into a frenzy.

Another season, another rumor about designer Stefano Pilati leaving YSL. This time the rumor's genesis comes in the form of an 140 character blurb from @KenzoPR: Just heard BIG news about this being a certain designer at a French house's last season and being replaced by someone major!! Oy! We're getting news from Twitter now?
