In the field of fashion photography, there is a small roster of names that sit  perched high above the rest. They approach their work like old school masters -- Mario Testino, Annie Leibovitz, Patrick Demarchelier, Bruce Weber and Steven Klein among them -- taking cues from the generation that preceded, names like Herb Ritts and Irving Penn. They construct extravagantly detailed and lush fantasy worlds to frame their subjects, both models and clothing.
