For those of you who thought that all the terrific sales took place from Friday to Monday, think again. From left: Green leather Berk sandals by DSquared2, $275; Calf leather alligator-print sandals by Louis Vuitton, $730; Lagoon vintage calf sandals by Bottega Veneta, $590.
