We've been counting down the minutes to 2(X)IST's launch of the Spring/Summer collection, which comes complete with two videos that could steam up any polar vortex. The collection includes 2(X)IST's signature briefs, essential t-shirts, swimwear, socks, and watches; each featuring clean, architectural lines and vibrant colors.
The campaign images were shot by one of our favorites, Yu Tsai, accompanied by the video direction of the fiercely talented Mark Ledzian. Shot on the beach in Malibu and on a soundstage in West Hollywood, both videos feature a lean and shirtless model, Andre Ziehe, fortunately leaving little to the imagination.
Andre is no stranger to the 2(X)IST brand. Spring/Summer 2014 marks his 5th campaign since his debut of Fall/Winter 2010 as the face of 2(X)IST. The 2014 Spring/Summer launch captures Andre's easy-going personality and fearlessness in front of the camera. 2(X)IST's Creative Director, Jason Scarlatti, explains "when searching for models to join the 2(X)IST family, we always look for guys who best represent the brand's DNA and lifestyle: athletic men who take good care of their bodies, mind and spirit. For this season, Andre was the perfect candidate to bridge our underwear and swimwear collections because of his captivating eyes, sex appeal, and the strong, masculine emotion he portrays through the lens. In the videos, Andre also draws us in with his star-like charisma, which is sure to stick with men and women alike.
Each video highlights the exceptional quality and structural innovation of 2(X)IST designs. The new swim collection showcases eye-catching colors and geometric patterns. Each one includes 2(X)IST's signature low-rise and supportive, Quick-Dry Mesh Liner. The entire swim collection incorporates 2(X)IST's fabric technology that allows us to hang by the pool with support and dryness in all the right places. Needless to say, we'll be living in these once this weather gets its act together.
