One Direction, fresh off their Saturday Night Live appearance, sing "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" with Jimmy Fallon and Late Night's house band, The Roots. Aided by toy musical instruments, and all clad in terrible holiday fever-dream sweaters, Harry Styles played a drum, Niall Horan played a banana (?), Liam Payne clapped some coconuts, Louis Tomlinson played a tiny tambourine, and all sang. Zayn Malik (the cute one) played the triangle, but totally phoned it in, taking no solo singing lines. What's up Zayn?
