A quick recap of the night where actors honored actors

On Saturday, the Screen Actors Guild held its 20th annual awards show honoring TV and film of 2013. There were few surprises among this year's winners with Dallas Buyers Club, Modern Family and Behind The Candelabra all taking home actors. Sadly for Lee Daniels, The Butler continued to be shut out.

Matthew McConaughey (who gave a rambling, seemingly high-induced acceptance speech) and Jared Leto continued their winning streak. The latter overcorrected his thanks after outcry following his somewhat crass acceptance speech during the Golden Globes.

"To the people around the world who are living with HIV-AIDS. I'd like to share it with the Rayons of the world," Leto said. "To the people who have made a choice to live their lives ... as they have chosen to dream it. I'm so proud that I've been able to glimpse the world through your eyes."

Meanwhile, Modern Family won for Ensemble in a Comedy Series and Male Actor in a Comedy Series (Ty Burrell) and Michael Douglas topped Matt Damon for Male Actor in a TV Movie or Miniseries. Douglas' speech was riddled with sex jokes and innuendo. (He and Matt Damon have certainly enjoyed the gay innuendo over the past year.)

But the awards show wasn't all about handing out actors. The likes of Emma Thompson and Cate Blanchett entertained from their seats and the podium.

Thompson, who won the Golden Globes with her martini and heel toss, showed up with a blue cup and straw.

If all that wasn't enough, Cate Blanchett threw some shade at McConaughey during her acceptance speech for Female Actor in a Leading Role.

"I've been away from the film industry for a long time making theater --29 seconds?!" Blanchett fumed. "Matthew McConaughey spoke about Neptune, and I think I can have five seconds!"

Then she closed out her speech by stroking the actor -- the statue, not McConaughey.
