Morrissey To Release New Album

The singer snagged himself a new major label deal

Perhaps riding high off the success of his autobiography, creatively titled Autobiography, Morrissey announced that he’s got a deal with Harvest/Capitol records. The upcoming album, which is scheduled to drop in the second half of this year, will be his 10th solo studio LP and first new album since 2009. For a while it seemed that we might never hear another Morrissey album, considering his contentious relationship with major labels. On top of the album Morissey says he’s writing a novel, that is when he’s not too busy yelling at people for eating meat
