Unlike James Franco and Jared Leto, she does not don drag. Instead, she chooses to showcase her full body, including everything down below, in a black and white Dali-esque photo shoot. It's a bold choice for the singer and the magazine, which celebrates "transvestism, transexuality, crossdressing and androgyny in all their glory." But bold is what gets you attention.
