WATCH: Extended Teaser for American Horror Story: Coven

Friday treat! An extended teaser for American Horror Story: Coven was just released. The season 3 promo (titled "Initiation") flaunts a star-studded cast and a creepy cover of "House of the Rising Sun," the classic folk song by The Animals.

So what's going on here? A group of young witches is lead by Taissa Farmiga to a big ole' house where Sarah Paulson and a hairless cat wait at the door. Dressed in black and hovering below a white pentagram, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates and Angela Bassett give the girls killer death stares.

We can't wait to see the powerhouse trio in action on October 9 at 10PM ET/PT when the series premieres on FX.
