Who knew the face (and body) of diabetes would look this good? Nick Jonas, the 20-year-old singer, posted this sexy selfie on Instagram Tuesday, writing: "I never do this, but ... Healthy living and fitness update. Post workout picture. #diabeticinshape #2.0."
Jonas was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2005 and immediately began learning how to properly take care of himself. He has since talked about his love of dried kale and tweeted about his intense workout regime.
"For someone who had no bad medical history ever," he said in a previous interview, "to suddenly have the shock of diabetes was a bit overwhelming in itself, and then I had to learn all about it, learn all these things in such a short period of time. All of it was crazy."
All we can say is, Thanks, Nick, you're an inspiration to us all!
