Cutting out the bad elements from one's life is good advice for anyone with a chronic drug or alcohol problem. Watchers of Celebrity Rehab or those with friends in AA will have heard the word "trigger," often a person or situation that prompts an addict to relapse.

LiLo is in treatment at Cliffside, a drug and alcohol rehab facility in Malibu, Calif. While there she's reportedly made a list of 100 friends, and specifically notes those people in her life who are too toxic to keep around, those she's planning to cut them out of her life. And it's a majority of the list, around 80 of the listed 100 friends.

Reports do not indicate whether ex girlfriend Samantha Ronson or LiLo's parents Michael and Dina are on the "keep" or "cut" list.

LiLo has a good incentive to keep her life in order. Even though she turned down a cool half-million dollars to do Dancing with the Stars, she's reportedly agreed to a more lucrative $2 million to star in an eight-episode Oprah Winfrey Network documentary series about her struggle to stay sober following her release from Cliffside in August. And the show will launch with a sit-down with The Oprah herself. (We're dying to know how Dina will worm her way into that interview.)
