Not only are we excited that Obama was re-elected. But Wisconsin's seven-term congresswoman (and lesbian) Tammy Baldwin beat challenger, former Wisconsin Gov. Tommy Thompson, to become the nation's first openly gay Senator. Congratulations to Baldwin and to the great state of Wisconsin. Cheese hangovers for everyone!
