In a New York Times story, Frank Bruni talks to Ben Affleck about his newfound success as a film director, and they also touch on his failed man-on-man kiss from 1997's Chasing Amy. Turns out, he and pal Matt Damon still chat about kissing dudes, especially since Damon is doing it with Michael Douglas in the upcoming Liberace biopic.
"Matt's like, 'Yeah, I'm going to make out with Michael Douglas tomorrow,' and it triggered that memory," Mr. Affleck said, adding that he later watched the moment of Mr. Damon's big lip lock. "Not that it would be hard to be better than my kiss, but it was much better than my kiss. Maybe Michael Douglas is sexier than Jason Lee."
So there you have it: Matt and Ben are competitive kissers. We want to try it out for ourselves and be the judge.
