Although we have no interest in reading the erotic novel that has gotten so many straight people in a tizzy (are they not having enough REAL sex?), we are interested in the fact that Bret Easton Ellis is hot for translating it into a better script for the screen. And is now revealing his ideas for who could direct and play various roles.
"I think David Cronenberg is a great idea for directing Fifty Shades of Grey and we worked together on American Psycho in its initial phase.

While we think Cronenberg is a no-brainer, indeed, we are most interested in Ellis's taste in men. Yes to Alex! Yes to Ryan (anything he does). And actually, his idea of Lena Dunham getting mistreated by an older man is, while probably spot on, a bit depressing.
Oh, and Aaron Johnson? that boy keeps getting CUTER. We saw him in Albert Nobbs and couldn't take our eyes off him. When he's back on screen in Kick Ass 2, we may just have a new heartthrob.
