Lincoln, Nebraska citizen Jane Skrovota was so enraged with a proposed ordinance to protect members of the LGBT community that she took herself, and the chic cloche she picked up at Target, to the City Hall meeting on the issue to vent. But instead of delivering an eloquent, persuasive speech on her problems with the proposal, she gave a totally creepy pseudo-sermon that reeked of borderline schizophrenia and hoarder tendencies. We're gonna guess that Jane has more than four cats--just saying! From her ramblings on anal ruptures to Hillary Clinton's alleged lesbianism (not to mention Whitney Houston's death--leave Whitney out of this!), Skrovota made little, if any, sense--but she served a huge, steaming pile of crazy that's jaw-droppingly hysterical.
