Jem and the Hologram are making a comeback. Following the Oct. 11th release of the 11 disc (!) Jem and the Holograms: The Truly Outrageous Complete Series, Hasbro is bringing Jem to this weekend's ComicCon in New York, with a re-release of their classic toy line and a 'special announcement'.
Samantha Newark, the original voice of Jem, recently told moviewe.com "I know that Hasbro is revealing something big that has to do with Jem at the New York Comic-Con...", which has fuelled rumors of a live action film.
Pink locks have been popping up on everyone from Gaga to Nicki Minaj to Katy Perry. Maybe we're ready for the original queen of glamour, glitter, fashion and fame to show the new crop of pop stars how it's done. Who would you like to see fill Jem's sparkling pumps?
