Gleeks everywhere have reason to rejoice. Just three months after his departure from Glee, Chord Overstreet will reprise his role as the baby-faced Sam beginning with this season's eighth episode (tentatively scheduled to air in early December).
According to TV Line, when producers of the show opted not to pick up Trouty Mouth's series regular option, but invited him to return on an occurring basis, Overstreet declined so he could focus full-time on his own music. But sources say, "We missed Chord and Chord missed us...It's a win-win."
