Lacoste Creates a Flash Mob For Their New Trio of Fragrances

When you think of Lacoste, you typically think of the sporting life of tennis, polos and cute crocodiles -- not technology, social media and art installations. Despite this, the company celebrated the release of three new fragrances -- Lacoste L.12.12. Blanc, Bleu, and Vert Editions -- with a performance-based flash mob at New York's Grand Central Station, and a pop-up sculpture (called Lacoste Machine L.12.12) made in cahoots with the collective TRONIC, known for their mash-ups of architecture and expermental industrial design. If you're in the New York metro area between now and and September 27th, you should most definitely swing by the train station -- it's spectacular to see such a modern, forward-thinking structure in the middle of such an iconic, classic environment. Below is the dance performance that helped inaguarte this project.
