Bjork is Channeling Grace Coddington on the Cover of Her Latest Single

We have no shame in telling you that we are die hard Bjork fans. Her voice, at times childish at times Earth-shatteringly powerful, her genuine sense of individuality, her haunting melodies, her intrepid fearlessness all leave us in awe of the Icelandic pop diva. She has remained pretty low-key since the release of her last album Volta in 2007, so we've been itching for some kooky Bjork action in our lives! Well, our prayers have been answered from the music Gods -- Bjork is toiling away on her latest album Biophilia, an experimental work that blends live concert recordings and iPad technology. In other words, the artist hasn't tamed her innovative approach to music over time. The cover for her first single "Cosmogony" was just released and she enlisted the help of fashion photography duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin to capture the ethereal image. While she's always been a bit of a shape-shifter, she's made a radical turnabout in appearance for this photo, with long, orange frizzy hair. The fact that she paired with such an illustrious fashion duo and that she's totally channeling the signature coif of Vogue's creative director Grace Coddington is not lost on us. But we adore it nonetheless.
