This month's issue of Out features the Power 50, our list of the most influential gay and lesbian citizens making a difference on the cultural landscape. But long before they were masters of their own respective fields, they were young people with big dreams. Live Out Loud, an organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering gay and lesbian youths, is throwing its 10th annual Young Trailblazers Gala this Monday April 25th in New York at the Times Center. The event, being hosted by Ugly Betty cutie (and current star of Angels in America) Michael Urie, the glamorous affair includes a cocktail reception, awards program, silent auction and an announcement of the recipients of the Live Out Loud educational scholarships.

Amongst the three- to four-hundred guests, comprised of influential and powerful leaders of their professions, will be honorees Hal Rubenstein of InStyle Magazine, Broadway producer Daryl Roth, New York Times advertising columnist Stuart Elliott and America's only couturier Ralph Rucci. Lucky for you there are still a few tickets left, so if you want to support this amazing cause which is ensuring that our future becomes only brighter and filled with more equality, you can purchase them here.
