Grammy Award-winner Raphael Saadiq will release his fifth studio album, Stone Rollin', on March 22. The follow up to the hugely successful The Way I See It (which boasted four Billboard R&B chart singles, was nominated for three Grammy Awards including Best R&B Album, and was also selected by iTunes as their 'Album of the Year' in 2008) celebrates the classic sounds of '60s and '70s soul, but with a futuristic twist.
Saadiq dropped by the Out studio last week to chat about Stone Rollin', making baby-making music, his upcoming duet with Mick Jagger at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards taking place this Sunday, February 13, and more:
