In Touch's Photoshop Blunder

We understand, like everyone else in the magazine industry, you want to fit as much information on a page to get your point across. You want to have brilliant text balanced with terrific pictures in a great layout. But really, In Touch? Seems like you disabled poor Heidi Klum's daughter, Leni, with this photoshop blunder from hell. Way to give that little gal a stigma. She may be wearing cute boots, but she's got an arm malfunction that needs to be addressed -- pronto!
