What is Going On in Daphne Guinness' Bathroom?

The heiress, socialite and style icon Daphne Guinness seems to be drowning in sorrows -- literally. The skunk-haired 42 year old, who served as a muse for designer Alexander McQueen and is known for her penchant for extreme couture clothing, is being sued for her extravagant bathroom behavior. Her downstairs neighbors Karim and Tina Samii are calling Guinness out on flooding their apartment three times in the last year due to bathtub overflows. Um, huh? It appears that eccentricity is not restricted to clothing only for Guinness, and there are some funky things happening in her powder room. In addition to $1 million in damages the angry couple is also asking the court prohibit her from taking a bath until she has plumbing renovations done to help prohibit future incidents.

Um, what the hell is going on over there? Daph, this is a truly bizarre accusation, but knowing you it doesn't seem totally implausible (especially since The Daily Mail's request for a statement was not returned). A luxurious bath is a special treat, especially for New Yorkers who are blessed if they even have a tub, but it sounds like Guinness is abusing her privileges.
