What's Up With Madonna and Christian Audigier?

The Mirrorreported last week that Madonna and Christian Audigier are teaming up for a collaborative Ed Hardy line that got it's start when Audigier saw Madonna wearing an Ed Hardy design. He apparently offered her a six-figure deal and a private runway show telling her to "express yourself!" WWD is now reporting that Audigier is denying an Ed Hardy collaboration in favor of something much bigger. "It's a completely new project. It's a new brand. Actually, it's more than a brand," Audigier claimed. Details of the "new brand" are being kept tightly under wraps until an upcoming press conference in New York and Los Angeles. "I'm prepping a huge deal," says Audigier, who's also designing a costume for Michael Jackson's new tour. Working with MJ and Madge at the same time? The 80s are back!
