Adam Lippes Steps Up for HE

You might call Mango -- which stocks trendy basics at easy-to-stomach prices -- Spain's answer to H&M. While the brand is best known for womenswear, Mango is making a valiant effort to take its mens collection, HE, stand out. Case in point: Mango's new collaboration line Adam Lippes for HE. Lippes, who designs his own line ADAM, created a spring capsule collection full of wearable wardrobe staples like striped tees, trench coats and leather jackets. Lippes says he was inspired by his hometown of New York, and the influence is obvious in the mix of preppy, Hamptons-style suiting and flashy, downtown jackets. True to Mango, prices top out at $150, so you won't need a Manhattan-sized budget to snag the line. Look for the collection to hit stores this month.
