Come April you'll be able thumb through ANTM Fierce Guide To Life and learn useful tips about applying makeup, runway ettiquette, how to choose clothes to fit your body type, staying hydrated, and remembering that "beauty starts on the inside." We're guessing there'll also be a chapter (or 16) with advice from Tyra about taking any conversation and making it all about you, how to stay the center of attention at all times -- even if it involves parading around in an unflattering swimsuit, and transforming your look from dowdy down on her luck lunch lady to deranged sex kitten simply by "smiling with your eyes."
