Daniel Radcliffe giddyups -- and gets naked -- for Vogue

Harper's Bazaar isn't the only magazine making wishes come true this fall. The September issue of Vogue offers a shot of a very naked Daniel Radcliffe atop a stallion for an article on his Broadway debut in the play Equus.

While appreciating the flesh-full grandeur and grace of the Radcliffe and stud pairing, we couldn't help but notice that the shot -- caught by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz -- bares (pun intended) a striking resemblance to our own Equus-inspired spread in the June/July 2007 issue of Out.

Perhaps Leibovitz and Radcliffe are loyal Out subscribers and were so inspired by the collaboration between model Chad White and photographer Francois Rousseau (who recently teamed up again for the Icarus fashion story in our September issue) that they decided to make their Vogue shoot an ode to us?

Regardless, we always like to see that we're the first out of the gate, and we'll continue to consider imitation the sincerest form of flattery.
