This past weekend in Montreal saw dueling music festivals: while Divers/Cite was packing in a dance-happy crowd with world-class DJs and drag queens, the Osheaga Festival across the harbor featured an astounding lineup of live acts. But one unexpected collaboration proved transcendent, when out lesbian sister duo Tegan and Sara joining Macklemore and Ryan Lewis for the first time together on stage for a moving performance of the equal rights and Top 40 anthem, "Same Love."
