Katy Perry may have kissed a girl and liked it, but the pop star--who comes from ultra-religious stock--is spending quite a bit of time with gay men lately.
On Sunday the "Part Of Me" singer eschewed her usual social obligations of red-carpet events to drop by the 7th Annual Sassy Prom and Rock and Roll Ball in West Hollywood, Calif.--an event held at the gay bar Eleven.
When Perry, done up in heavy make-up and clad in geek-chic glasses, tried to make her way into the employee restroom, she was stopped by drag queen Samantha Starr, last year's Sassy Prom Queen.
After directing the incognito pop star to the public ladies room, Starr realized that it was Perry she was trying to stop and agreed to grand her access to the private privy for the price of an autograph.
And it seems as though she didn't get her fill that night.
Wednesday, after a performance for Fleet Week sailors in Brooklyn, NY, Perry was spotted meeting up with pal Adam Lambert, he of the the number-one album on the Billboard charts, and dancing at Manhattan's Dream Hotel, where they presumably kikied and danced to Rihanna songs until the wee hours.
