Rufus Wainwright's latest album, Out of the Game, is produced by Mark Ronson and seems to be much more upbeat that some of his last swoony record. We recently caught up with him concerning his opera Prima Donna's stateside premiere. Although the UK release isn't until April 23, and U.S. fans will have to wait until May 1, here's a sneak peak teaser video in which Ronson and Rufus speak about the "groovy" '70s vibe of the record that features the title track.
