Haley Joel Osment Goes Gay in 'Sassy Pants'

Today the trailer for the forthcoming film Sassy Pants hit the Internet, and with it brought a reminder of former child star Haley Joel Osment. Most famous for the iconic whisper, "I see dead people," Osment is all grown up and getting gay for his latest role. In the film, Osment plays the young, gay paramour to the heroine's father. From what I can gather from the trailer, Osment is tasked with portraying one of those weird cinema-fabricated hybrids of a bunch of odd stereotypes: he's white trash-ish but with a bit of lip-pierced, Kate Gosselin hair-having, eyelinder-wearing alterna-Chelsea boy mixed in.
