Tuesday, September 2: The much anticipated update of '90s pop-culture phenomenon Beverly Hills, 90210 premieres tonight at 8:00 p.m. on The CW. Melrose Place heartthrob Rob Estes stars as Harry Wilson, a father who transplants his family from Kansas to Beverly Hills. New hotties to watch for: Dustin Milligan (playing Ethan Ward), Ryan Eggold (Ryan Matthews), The Wire's Tristan Wilds (Dixon Wilson) and Michael Stegar (Navid Shirazi). And, this time, the actors look like they could actually pass for, well, high schoolers. Catch a preview at CWTV.com. Read more from Out on 90210 here.

Wednesday, September 3: We all know a girls got to make a living. 9 To 5: The Musical premieres today in Los Angeles. Based upon the hit movie, and with a brand-new score by seven-time Grammy Award winner Dolly Parton, if you dont leave this show in high spirits -- and unable to get the smash-hit title song out of your head -- well, then theres just no hope for you this week. Allison Janney (of The West Wing fame) stars as Violet Newstead, in the role originally played by the incomparable and (now-)out lesbian Lily Tomlin. Wicked's Stephanie J. Block and Megan Hilty accompany Janney on their hilarious mission to give their "sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot" of a boss the boot. For tickets and more information, check out 9to5themusical.com. (Janney talks to Out here.)

On the Right Coast, New York Citys Hot Comics -- the all-pro showcase featuring some of the best comics in the city and the country -- goes gay for the evening. The 8:00 p.m. show is hosted by Dave Rubin and features Shawn Hollenbach (host of here! TVs Busted), drag queen extraordinaire Hedda Lettuce (who recently appeared on Project Runway), Anne Neczypor, Claudia Cogan, the flamboyantly funny Keith Price, and Mike Singer. Singer hosts the 10:30 p.m. show, which features Paul Case, Adam Lehman, Murray Hill, Leah Dubie, Jackie Monahan and Dave Rubin. Get more info at www.comixny.com.

Thursday, September 4: We all know that everythings bigger in Texas. That truism holds for The Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival (aGLIFF), the oldest and largest gay and lesbian film festival in the Southwest, and the largest GLBT cultural event in Austin. Its also hip, provocative and culturally diverse. In addition to Gus Van Sants early film Mala Noche, this years festival features the South Korean flick Like a Virgin, in which a Madonna-obsessed, chubby high-schooler works gritty, grimy jobs in order to save up for his sex change operation. The film festival runs September 2 through September 7. Get more details at aGLIFF's website.

Friday, September 5: OK, technically, sexual attraction to a horse isnt a gay thing. But when the horse is played by a man and the naked rider is Daniel Harry Potter Radcliffe, its hard to ignore the queer appeal of the long-awaited stateside landing of the revival of Equus. Richard Griffiths of The History Boys and the Harry Potter movies costars. The show enters previews tonight. Tickets and additional information here. Also opening today after more than a year of distribution limbo is Save Me, Robert Carys (Ira and Abby) heartfelt and nuanced film that smartly eschews the typical venom of religious debate to explore the universality of spirit, healing, and love. Chad Allen stars as a spiraling-down gay man who joins an ex-gay Christian ministry run by Judith Light; Queer as Folk's Robert Gant is the man who helps them all find their way. See more at the movie's official site.

Saturday, September 6: Its all about balls -- of the tennis variety -- today. The US Open Womens Final takes place at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on CBS. At the beginning of the week, the draw was still wide open, but we suspect at least one of the Williams sisters will be on court at Arthur Ashe Stadium. That means a fierce -- and fashionable -- final. (The Mens Final -- hot! -- is Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Eastern, also on CBS). Get served more on the draw and highlights here.

Sunday, September 7: Its not quite the mile-high club, but its pretty close. HBO is pairing up with Virgin America (the trendy, tragically hip mood-lit airline) to re-brand the carriers JFK-to-Las Vegas flight as Entourage Air throughout the month of September. Passengers in First Class will be flying at Entourage Class -- with a few extra perks: Noise-canceling headphones, a glass of signature Champagne, Godiva truffles and an Entourage Air blanket and eye mask. And no matter where you're seated, Virgin's in-flight entertainment system -- normally sans HBO -- will include the series' fifth season premiere. Tune in at home tonight at 10 p.m. to watch Vince, Eric, Turtle, Drama, Ari and the gay assistant who trumps all pink mafioso, Lloyd.
