Mario Lopez is Designing Underwear

The 'Saved by the Bell' hunk launches a line of skivvies.

While Mario Lopez has worn many, many hats in his career—he has portrayed Olympic gold medalist Greg Louganis, shaken his booty on Broadway in A Chorus Line and on TV in Dancing With the Stars, and got all sorts of naked on Nip/Tuck—but we'll always fondly remember crushing on him as A.C. Slater on Saved by the Bell. Regardless of what project he was working on, Lopez has always made sure to keep his hot bod in tip-top condition. His years of hard work in the gym are now paying off in an interesting way, as WWD announced this morning that the actor and host of Extra is now designing apparel—and by apparel we mean male unmentionables. In collaboration with 2(x)ist co-creator Mike Tawil, the label—called RatedM—is now available online at FreshPair.com and will hit the shelves of Bloomingdale's come February 2012. The line will consist of three divisions: basics, more "fashion-y" pieces, and athletic-focused garments. At the end of the day, we're just happy to see our childhood crush is still looking smoking hot and finding new ways to wear minimal amounts of clothing.
